Does Empower allow copy trading?

Not automatically through TrueFills today. Empower supports a read-only connection, which means a record held at Empower can be read and verified, but no order can be placed in the account. You can still follow a strategy and place its trades yourself, and you can publish a verified record of your own Empower trading.

Does TrueFills see my Empower password?

No. The sign-in happens on Empower’s own page, and TrueFills receives a connection rather than your credentials. You can revoke it at Empower or here, independently.

Where does my money sit?

In your own Empower account, throughout. TrueFills never takes custody of funds and cannot move money out of a brokerage account. A trading connection can place orders; it cannot withdraw.

Following a strategy is free during beta once a brokerage account is connected, or $29 a month without one. Listing a strategy and keeping its record is free.
